Specifii did an expert analysis of Kropsinstituttet’s webshop based on data from Google Analytics and a review of the webshop. Based on this Specifii presented recommendations, which aim to increase the conversion.
This includes purchase flow, information architecture, USP’s and online communication. Kropsinstituttet was responsible for implementing the recommendations. Specifii always recommend to supplement with user tests. Conversion optimisation is not a process that ends, but should be continuous to ensure the best customer experience to ultimately gain loyal customers.
