Digital transformation project

Our focus was on UX analysis and specification. Specifii was responsible for customer functionalities and design of user friendly and simple customer journeys. In the implementation and test phase we cooperated with front end developers in Ukraine and back end in China.

In connection with Telenor’s OneScreen project – a major digital transformation project in Telenor – Anne has been responsible for a number of critical customer-facing functionalities. Anne has a great sense of understanding the complexity of the underlying systems while designing a user-friendly and simple customer journey for our customers.
Anne has demonstrated great drive, persistence, flexibility and solid project management to get the tasks done.
Although these were large and complex tasks, they were always securely placed with Anne, who both demonstrated an overview and at the same time paid attention to the details. Finally, Anne has shown great collaborative ability in a complex project involving a wide range of stakeholders, partners, cultures and locations (Copenhagen, Aalborg, Hungary, Ukraine, China).
