Specifii has done usertests with selected customers and potential customers. Our focus were based on an expert evalutation of Dating.dk’s website and app as well as Dating.dk’s web analytics tool.

The user tests resulted in findings that Specifii has translated into specific recommendations for both Dating.dk’s app and website. The recommendations intend to increase customer experience, increase conversion, increase loyalty and increase usability.
